For the best healing and results, please follow these simple steps after your treatment:

Try not to touch, rub, or wash the treated area for at least 4 hours to reduce the risk of infection.

Avoid strenuous exercise, swimming, hot tubs, steam/sauna rooms, tanning beds, and facials for at least 48 hours.

Do not massage the treated area at any time.

It’s completely normal to experience some mild swelling, tenderness, bruising, or a little spot bleeding where the needle or cannula was used. These effects are temporary and usually settle within a few days.

For lip filler treatments specifically:

Avoid kissing and drinking through a straw for 3 days.

Steer clear of hot drinks, spicy food, and salty food during this time, as they can make swelling worse.
